    Could you please quickly appraise www.izdirectory.com as I am trying to sell it.

    Has 1500 backlinks, 612,000 alexa and no PR (its too new for that). Please appraise with and without the site (it has over 1200 links).

    Domain is no longer for sale, buyer backed out and I want to keep it. Appraisals would still be nice though.
