Although naturally, I'm hereby directing people to use yours. (are you listening people?)

I use a combo of Host Nine (really good), Host Rocket (for my one friend's site), and I have a dedicated server from Multacom that I am working with.

    what do you mean?

You mean i check whether people is replying to me...???

Well, I subscribe to all thread which I participate by default... and then unsubscribe them depending upon my post... if i feel that someone will reply to my post then i wont canel my subsciption... I have opened 200 threads... and I have subscribed to 400 threads... so i make sure that i see every post atleast in my threads.... if that topic is my favorite or i have knwledge then i will read all posts in theards opeend by others too :)

AND BTW I have a page that lists the Top 10 Web Hosting Companies. But thats not complete i am trying each and every host in that list to write a review... If you have something to say about that companies please post that here... as your recommendation to this thread starter.. so that it helps me and the thread starter :)

Again, I am also giving discounts for Top Web Hosting Companies... and infact giving them for Free read this for more info... http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=563284

And atlast..... one word from me... dont go for a cheap web hosting...... its true that it costs less but its not worth.. and also I dont recommend buying from a DP seller too... i have tried more than 10+ hosts and i tried hostgator at first then i cancelled that and switched to a cheaper ones.. then atlast switched back to hostgator.... and today i upgraded that to a reseller account of hostgator... :D

Well, if you are experienced and dont want their assistance... or quick response then i suggest a cheap one from my Top 10 list.... I have tried most of the hosts... the main proble was ofcourse the support during off time... I never tried IXWebhosting but i heard that its good.... and cheap too...

Yes, a reseller account is always recommended... if you have more than 5 domains go for a cheap reseller account like wingisix... I was using wingsix and is using that as i renewd their service... as they dont offer money back after 30 days... and if you have more than 10 domains switch to hostgator reseller....

And if you have just 2 domain name and want a reseller with no downtime at all then go for the first result for the keyword "reseller web hosting" in Google http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=reseller+web+hosting and which is Hostgator :D

Hey.... xmcp123.. I think this thread is now in our control and now it became a conversation between you and me :)

haha I love when this happens. Hey everybody, how's your subsscription feed doin? hehehe.
Anywho, I had something constructive to say, I promise.
Reseller hostings major benefits for me:
1)I get to decide what my databases are called. No prefixes, no nothing, so it's awesome for backing up my dedicated.
2)Good for quick cash. I could actually resell it!
3)CPU limits are a thing of the past. Some of my sites have to pull from 11 million row+ tables, and this is the only thing that can stomach this properly.

yes, agree with you... I missed that part...

Well, here is what to do.. but not as a business... You can use DP to get clients for you... you can signup for hostgator reseller account and then host all ur sites.. and then advertise that in DP... that you want to sell web hosting.. offer at attractive prices.. and also make the sales page attractive...

As i told you I signed up for Wingsix last year for $77 instead of $155 (as I used 50% OFF coupon which is not available now) and LUCKILY that renewed at that same $77 and not for $155... its their mistake... :D I made doublt that amount I spent.. that is I made more than $150 so that I get my money back + some profit.. and that too without any promotion.. i give accounts to my chat friends.... and gave good support not as a web host but as a friend and even helped their business too :D

Well, if you start a web hosting business then its some risk.. as you must proove that u give reliable services and support... thats the difficult part and the most wanted feature of a web host.

I have seen people have tendency to buy overseller.
Life time / Unlimited plans, in very low price...
Is that true ? what you guys do ? or prefer ?

Just dont go for that... See all my posts... Dont buy from DPs sellers... they oversell hosting... and is not at all reliable..... I bought a hosting from http://www.webberco.com/ see that site now... he is selling eBooks...

And no support too... responds only when i send some 10 messages to him... and the server was down always... but now it seems okay...

it was a life time plan with unlimited space and bandwidth.... so am not using that for my own use... instead i give them for free and ask the client a link back ;)

I want to know why people like these host?

I use Dathorn (shared) and LiquidWeb (dedicated), highly recommend both. Also used Simpli.biz in the past, they are great!
