    I can do basic css / html designs, $5, but your porbably looking for a hi-tech designer so wait for other posts if you are :)

    Doesnt need to be high tech though that is just better if it was..

    I am looking for something for now that looks decent and user friendly.. for a low price.. basically just something professional.. Its not adult site...

    Still havent got a budget but something under $100.. if you do good work then ill be getting a much better design in the feature.
