Unlimited Sites, One Script - All licences of Proxy Control Panel include Unlimited Sites. The only restriction for the number of sites you can add to Proxy Control Panel, is the number of domains you own. With Proxy Control Panel, you can park all your domains on one shared hosting account, and run them all from one installation of PHProxy! PHProxy Driven - Proxy Manager uses PHProxy as a backend to run the actual proxy sites. The script modifies and works with PHProxy to be able to run hundreds or thousands of proxy sites from one script.

The Control Panel - The password-protected administration panel can be accessed from any proxy domain setup with the script. The administration panel allows you to manage things like proxy sites in the network, affiliate codes, script settings, advertising codes, themes, and much more.

Affiliate Codes - Proxy Control Panel includes an affiliate code system where each proxy can have it's own affiliate code, which is used primarily for topsite codes. Proxy Control Panel also includes a network affiliate code option, which is an affiliate code seen on every site across the network.

a) Yes!
b) Yes (I'll send login info to the proxycp username @ proxy.org aswell)!
c) That's one of the main reason I'm selling is terrible hosting issues. Checkout http://www.proxy-cp.com/proxycp/. You can see it links to my server's IP, just bad DNS issues.
