    I meant 100 natural visitors a month (from search engines, word of mouth, other sites, etc..). Of course you're going to get a lot more visitors when you advertise the website using a PPC network -Adwords-. I have the ad text and keywords that I've used saved. They'll be given to the new owner of the website.
