    Find related sites on net. Try to contact them and ask for link exchange. Sometime you may have to pay them. If they accept, you will get backlink from there.

    Btw, Before asking questions, you always google them, you will definitely find it. Without research SEO cant reach your hand,

    It looks like you are pretty new to SEO. However, we all are learning here. But backlinks are the sites where your website link is placed. You can get backlinks by submitting your sites to free web directories and a lot of other sources.

    hello,
    You have to work on offpage.Do:Directory submission,Link exchange, Article Submission,forums Discussion.Blog Commenting
    then you get backlinks.
