the best wordpress sites ever made?

Does anyone know of some enterprise-looking Wordpress sites...or Wordpress sites that have been heavily hacked to the point where they don't look like WP, or serve another function?

I think Brian Gardner's themes would be other good examples - especially the Revolution Sports, Magazine, and News themes.

Yep, those sites look mighty fine. You cannot even tell that they were wordpress once. I am with the original poster, I wanna see more of these kinds of sites.

 

XXLmag is a really fine example of sites using wordpress. Even Silicon valley legends such as Techcrunch.com use Wordpresss.

If i owned Google, i would buy Wordpress, its by far the best blogging platform around at the moment.

I've made this tutorial that will do that for you. Take my code, make your changes and style it with CSS, I've included some very basic CSS to get you started.

xxlmag is a great example of why to use WP ... it's so extendable and customisable that it can be made to look however you like ...

 

i have seen some blogs, they did not put wordpress link on their blog, is it ok? or it is necessary to put link?
