    Hello

    I have for sale 2 websites here and both of them must go together

    I don't want to make public to much information...so I will write here just few words...

    Joomla is used all over the world for everything from simple websites to complex corporate applications,it is estimated that joomla powers 1 to 10 million websites(a tremendous market)

    Based on Google Trends Joomla enjoyed a huge gain in popularity.Here is a screen shot:

    In joomla theme website I offer free joomla templates and also I have a product(developed by me)and is a free one(the buyer will have all the rights for it).

    90% of the visitors are from Search Engines Google and Yahoo

    Currently my earnings are from Adsense but this website is a great for a template club (with paid themes) or to promote your services(i.e Hosting,Website Development,Design Development...)

    What i am giving here is a gold mine for a talented webmaster !

    Those domains are predicted to to be Page Rank 5 on the next update- accuracy 86.7% and 90.6% . I verified this with iwebtool.com
    Both of the domains currently are PR2
