People in this forum will always say don't put anything in your site which is copyright protected..but how many people get banned from google adsense because of copyright issue???? Invalid clicks are the main reason of getting banned...I think Movie sharing,entertainment site hardly get banned if you just take a look at this site..they even have adsense revenue sharing program when they are already breaking adsense rules..take a look at this site. their alexa rank is 40,731 www.apnaview.com I am sure there are so many sites like this way which are earning thousands of dollars year after years..SO you just need a brave soul for earning moeny from adsense
lol... there have been several posts out here from people who got banned from adsense because of copyright violations. i'd imagine that those bollywood movies have copyright protection, just like american movies do.
According to AdSense Policies you cannot display content that you do not that the copyright or right to. As quoted from the policy...
if copyrights is the only thing you did wrong you might just get the site banned and not your account. i got a site banned last year for it. mainly the only way they are going to find out is if someone reports you or you use adwords.
What about the countless websites (such as this) showing live channels' feeds? Are they entirely legitimate, at the brink of legality, or a breach of the terms?
As long as movie company don't tell google who infrige the copyright Google wouldn't initiative banned movies site
Before you earn $100 and recieve that first check you'll be banned, whether Bollywood tells google or not. Plus there is no unique content on your page, just links to movies you didn't make.
