    I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY THE GUY NIKE-FIRM HERE IS THE PROFILE

    HE SCAMED MY 95$ WHICH WERE GOING TO TRANSFER FROM PAYPAL TO INR
    BUT HE IS REFUSING NOW SO I HAVE CHARGED BACK HIM AND EVACULATED THE CLAIM SO WHAT NEXT I WANT HELP FROM U GUYS

    You can do only is a charge-back which you have already done. Now wait for PayPal, I hope they will catch him... Alert MODS regarding him

    Learn a lesson and you should never deal with member having low itrade ratings.
    What you can do is now to escalate to a paypal claim where paypal will investigate the matter.
    If you can provide proofs,it will help you more.

    Yes he is 100% Correct... Never trade with low iTrade Ppls..
    Trade but don't send them first..

    There are many scammers coming to DP again and again

    BTW you could have used Bank Transfer. Paypal allows you to withdraw via Indian Banks directly.

    I thought that you know that currency exchanges through Paypal is against AUP. Raise a dispute with Paypal and tell them that the other party is dealing in illegal activities. By doing so, at least Paypal is aware of his activities and limit his account. You may have a chance of getting your money back that way.

    Scammers nowadays are getting bold. Seems like they are now changing tactics. Get 1 or 2 good reputations and then scam for large amount.
