Can you please, please and please increase the pm limit???

Hi, i was wondering if you could increase the limit of limit of number of pms for people on dp from 1000 messages to 2000? My box fills up so quick and sometimes there are important messages that you don't want to delete. So is it possible? if so that wud be awesome!!!!

I highly doubt there going to do that
1k is enough. You don't need to keep anything close to 1k PM's that are important
How do you even keep track of 500?

 

Why don't you copy the improtant pm's to notepad?
Thats what I do and it doesn't take that long to do.

It would be a waste of space for DP to increase the limit. 1000 is more than enough and like the person above asked; why not just copy your messages to word or notepad? You can keep an unlimited amount of messages that way.

 

just out of question, if i buy a site on dp for example, i would prefer to keep the message on the pm box, as a proof, because if i put them on notepad, people might think its fake?

 

save your paypal reciept, make screenshots of everything if you can.

 

I can see your concern but I find it hard to believe that you will be needing to keep over 1000 PMs to prove transactions. Once the transaction is complete and you are all set up for a couple of weeks or even a month, it should be fine to move it to word or notepad. I do not think many people do more transaction than that a month on DP.

 

If you really do that many transactions, I would recommend getting another hard drive and backing everything up on that

i suggest you to delete old messages every weekend
don't forget to delete sent messages too

 

umm, i see your point, just outa question, will affect dp's servers alot? if they increase the limit?

 

you have the option to download a cvs file of all their pm's prior to deleting them. look in your pm page

I believe that if you donate $50 , your PM limit goes up to 1500.

Its not 1000. Its 900 if I am not wrong and the PMs are deleted after 90days.
