I'm not going to insult anyone's intelligence by saying the domain is really worth $9k, but it's definitely a keyword rich premium domain name, that you can easily rank for some very high volume search terms.

Check out the content as well. It's extremely well written. I'm willing to accept BIN offers on this site for less than the price you'd pay just for the content alone.

I paid $10 for the domain.

The content isn't spun or rewritten, it's 100% unique, and well researched. Considering that, it took quite a while to put together.

So, the reserve is in the low to mid $xx range. I don't even have one in mind, I just have it in place because I'm not going to sell it for less than the domain cost me if there haven't been any bids on it when the auction ends.

That being said, I'm not expecting to get more than what I think the content and domain are worth.

Reserve is at low to mid $xx with the BIN being in mid $XX to low $xxx range. I'll announce a BIN price as the auction comes closer to ending.
