    Hey guys,

I am looking to sell another one of my established myspace resource sites. It's over a year old and has done well for me for a long time. I've kind of neglected it since I put it up and it has fallen a bit in terms it used to rank #1 for but still doing well and should be easy to turn around for anyone that knows anything about SEO and/or has a bit of time to update the site some. I haven't really added much since I put it up so I assume lack of updates also factors into sliding rankings.

I have this posted at SP as well where more info is posted.

screenshots will be at: http://spaceoffaith.com/stats (I haven't done screenshots yet but will soon so check there)

Here are the earnings since it was live (started in Sept 06)

    Adsense:
    $84.74 october ~ $2.73 a day
    $75.11 september ~ $2.50 a day
    $173.76 august ~ $5.61 a day
    $179.80 july ~ $5.80 a day
    $158.44 june ~ $5.28 a day
    $178.95 may ~ $5.77 a day
    $319.26 april ~ $10.64 a day
    $236.47 march ~ $7.63 a day
    $322.98 feb ~ $11.53 a day
    $450.27 jan ~ $14.52 a day
    $450.27 dec06 ~ $12.64 a day
    $440.40 nov06 ~ $14.68 a day
    $262.21 oct06 ~ $8.46 a day
    $23.85 sept06 ~ $1.83 a day

valueclick (CPM)...didn't add until mid March:
    $182.76 oct
    $184.06 sept
    $179.00 august
    $121.09 july
    $164.01 june
    $145.50 may
    $191.23 april
    $97.19 march

    link sales:
    10 spots for $15-20 a month = $150-200 a month

    CPA (azoogle, maxbounty and such):
I don't have separate tracking for these but would guess it makes maybe $30-50 a month. The main two offers that do well are Christian ringtones and various Christian dating offers.

    auctionads:
Not real sure on this one either. I would say max of about $10 a month but to be honest auctionads took a dump after it was sold and tracking has been off for the longest time. I wouldn't be surprised if they were ripping people off by not crediting clicks. I actually planned to take it off months ago but I guess that shows how lazy I have been with the site lol.

adultfriendfinder (BigChurch christian sub site) :
another I don't really have tracking for but have had on there for a while. I would guess it would be lower to maybe $10-20 a month. I am signed up on the percentage plan there so if they renew their memberships I always get a cut. Also, I haven't taken the time to change it but my rep told me in the past that a large majority of the signups I have gotten were female which was kind of strange because the ad only displays female personals/pics. So it might even do better if it was either mixed with both female and male or just male even. BTW they have a "religious" dating site that is being linked to...as I am sure you would assume, the regular adultfriendfinder wouldn't be the best match for a christian site lol.
    Traffic Details:

Traffic has been down as I lost rankings due to other sites out SEO'ing me. I still get a solid level of loyal users and assume it wouldn't take too much SEO to get it back at the top but I just don't know enough about SEO to know for sure.

Here is the breakdown of where traffic comes from (feel free to request other specifics if needed):

    11.02% Direct Traffic
22.20% Referring Sites - about 4% of this is internal links but are being counted as referring because of the interestial ads showing from fastclick after the ad fowards them back. Of the other referrers listed about 9% comes directly from myspace profiles and comments from user posted content.
    66.64% Search Engines

I've gotten several PM here and on SP asking what the BIN is. I'm still not set on a specific BIN price to be honest. If you are interested I am open to any offers for a BIN so just send an offer rather than asking if I have a BIN heheh ;).

Surprisingly I have also had a couple people interested in buying but advised me to actually keep it and just pay someone to help with SEO and updates if needed. I am still considering that as well but could still use some cash. But regardless I appreciate the advise and tips so thanks to those two people!

Just under 24 hours left. In talks with a couple people but only one seems serious so far. Open to more BIN offers for anyone that is actually interested.

For those that asked for updates, I have indeed extended the auction a bit.

I also lowered the bin by $2k from what I had the reserve set to. If you need to know the reasons why I lowered it since "just could use the extra cash" reason never seems to be enough for people lol, I posted it in my latest post in the SP auction.
