If you bought a gun from me and I told you you can't use it to rob a bank, do
you think you have the right to use it any way you want?

Anyway, got 2 reading assignments for you: look up trademarks and also your
registrar's contract about intellectual property. Use the Find function if need
    be.

Better to change the name, but maybe you want to get free advertisement from your future fight with Google :)
At least, I will not put my money on you :)

Looks like you boys need to do some reading assignments as well. Get to it as
soon as you can, before others start believing what you said and might learn
    it the hard way.

Meanwhile, breakfast and randomIntellections, no assignments for you. Class
    dismissed. :D

well, you could make a character called Goog Lemini and this website has all his games. I know it sounds horrible but it's all I could think of.. just don't use their logo for god's sakes, I mean, you'll probably slip under the radar, until they eventually find you, AND GOOGLE ALWAYS FINDS YOU! mwahahahahaha!.... good luck.

If your domain became a frequently visited site and soared to #100 or even #1000 on the alexa list, Google would be very interested in it and probably would take the domain via a legal decision. Google doesn't care about the domain if it is worthless to them. They only care about it if it has porn, warez, drugs, etc. that can tarnish their name. With your current traffic ranking, I would not be concerned a bit. My opinion though is: Why continue to develop something with potential problems? You should just park it and hopefully you will get your purchase price back through the parking rev.

This is probably your best option. Google can and will take the domain if they see it has value.

Why not? They have the lawyers, and they have a ground or so to sue if they
    feel like it.

Probably a fee to the unsuspecting like yourself, zip to the knowledgable.

Have you done your reading assignments yet? By then you might see what is
    really "wrong".

Just forget about it and let it expire. Nobodies going to buy a liability like that. If you try and develop this domain it's only a matter of time before Google's lawyers will be in contact with you. Don't believe what people here have said about Google not being able to sue you. They can certainly do so because you're violating their trademark. It doesn't matter if your site makes money or not. The only thing Google will care about is that you're using their name. Corporations are serious about this sort of thing and if you do a little research you'll find plenty of examples of this.

Instead of asking a bunch of people in a forum who (come on, admit it), really don't know, consult a lawyer. You'll get a REAL answer you can be comfortable with (even if it's what you don't want to hear).

    you can use it.
but if Google sue they should win it !
    think something like this :
    GoogLeminiGames
separate it and get some other meanings in the logo.

    Good Luck
