What is the absolute best way to craete a list of thousands of the most relevant/high traffic keywords?

 

It's always better to go for such keywords that are having less competition and high search volume. There are several tools which can show you better results with the competition and search volume.

 

-Create a list of keywords that you think would be relevant
-Visit competitor sites and see what they are using
-Browse through industry publications and magazines to see what they are using
-Visit industry forums and blogs to see what the common terms are
-See what keywords are currently driving traffic to your site
-Use keyword stemming tools such as Wordtracker and Keyword Discovery for more ideas
