Hello. I just wondered if Dreamweaver is consider a wysiwyg editor. Can you drag images ine the design window, if so, how? or do I have to edit the position in the html code.

Yes it is a WYSIWYG using the design view.

I don't use the design view personally.

I see the design page its just when I use it I can't drag the images to another position. Do you know if there is a way? I dont even see the coordinates in the html code in split view when I add an image.

Yes it is completely what you see is what you get.. Drag and drop, and of course it allows you to bounce between the code and the gui. Nice program, all be it a resource hog, unstable at times, and full of goofy bugs.. Other than that, its the best editor I have used thus far.

Yep It's an advanced WYSIWYG editor, you can use it with drag and drop sort of deal,
but in my opinion if you don't need to, dig deeper into the more advanced stuff i would look for something a bit simpler, as DW can be a bit intimidating and overwhelming to begin with.

yES, i'LL AGREE, IT EASY HARD, ihave not figured it out yet.
It wont drag and drop images and text boxes for some reason, maybe its different from others softwares. With my old software you just drag the image around the page and place it anywhere and dreamweaver will not let me do that. Am I doing something wrong?

You can drag and drop images in DW but you need to position it using tables or divs
