    Obviously you don't know much about Tim. His birthday is Feb 29. So most years he does not get a real birthday, he is forced to pretend that his birthday is on the 28th or the 1st (or both). 2008, being a Leap Year will have a Feb 29 and therefore providing Tim with a real birthday...

    I knew there was a reason I didn't watch that show!
