I kinda wondered how productive i was when i saw Rescuetime, and figured why not give it a try, the post about what it is and what it does is here:Trying out RescueTime - Gotta optimize sometime..

Self optimization could be a good step as well, this might help you see where you lack and what it is that you are spending the most time on.

lemme know what you think about it

Might be interesting to track how much time you spend constructively - I'm sure that most of my time is spent looking for inspiration rather than coding... Once I have an idea I have to ruminate on it for a while to figure out how I'm actually going to do it then the coding itself doesn't actually take that long (because most times I figure out that it's actually not as complicated as I thought!)

Let us know what your investigation comes back with....

    Cheers, p.

Hmm, let's give it a shot.
In Holland we got a form of company that requires 1225 hours of work every year to get some tax reduction, this tool should make it easy to keep track of the made hours.

The key to being a successful webmaster is to set yourself goals, have a daily "to do" list and to be committed. If you don't have goals, both short term and long term you can find yourself becoming disheartened and unmotivated.

Keep yourself motivated by setting short term REALISTIC goals that lead you to bigger and better things.
