So, am debating whether to pay him or not. I mean all logic and my gut says don't do it, NO WAY! But I don't want to get a negative iTrader or something for not paying as he is now banned (only temporarily and I don't know for what). I know from past advice that I can report a fraudulently givren negative iTrader, but I am not sure that it will be removed if proven fraudulent. I mean, will the offender simply receive an infraction and my negative iTrader stands, or will the offender receive and infraction, AND my negative iTrader will disappear like it never happened. Just curious about the finer points of this. Thanks

soju, if you're concerned about getting negative itrader then maybe you should send me the web site I purchased more than a week ago? The domain has long since transferred but you never sent me the files and are ignoring my e-mails and messages! I don't want to but I will be forced to give you negative feedback if you don't respond immediately.
