The 80/20 Rule to Increase Your Productivity

    Have you guys heard of the 80/20 rule? It basically states that 20% of your input accounts for 80% of your output. Knowing this, you can focus on the business activities that make up most of your profit, thus saving you time and energy to do other things or pursue other projects.

    Yeah nice article - I've heard of the principle before but not in this context. I've always said that 80% of the wealth is in the hands of 20% of the people...

    Just keep in mind that there are still some things in the 80% that must be done -- but they make great candidates for outsourcing.
