[WTB] VPS Hosting

I need to buy VPS hosting that is dependable, US Based, references. I don't have a great budget, but I don't need alot of room either, just need to be able to have alot of accounts. WHM for the admin is preferred and cpanel for the accounts with ftp access. I appreciate everyone's time and thanks in advance for the offers.

My budget is 40-50 month, 20gb or more of space and not a windows setup. Also like to have whm and cpanel. Thanks for the replies. Google has to many options and I need to get one that I can trust. Thanks again.
