I have tried cj for the past few months but i havent been quite lucky with it. A few days back i received a warning that there has not been any sales for the past six months. I would like to better opt out instead of getting banned.

Please let me know how can i close my cj account.

Log into your account and click the contact us link in the upper right corner. It would be best to ask them your question directly. I feel sure that it could be worked out with them. Just tell them that you want to take a break from CJ until you work some things out with your website or somethng

hmm.. no need for a break either..
just buy any simple stuff.. even a $1 worth sale would solve this..

Great idea. I just signed up for CJ and was afraid that I would be banned if I did not get any sales.

Yes, but if you do this you will be violationg CJ's terms. Affiliates are not supposed to use their own links to make purchases, actions, sign ups.

    hmm.. yeah.. but,
a guy in dp told that he received a warning letter from cj for this issue..
it seems, cj has mentioned him to buy something using his own link !!
