Some typos are worth a lot of money, and mortage is a good example of a good typo, if you think about how many people would misspell it your looking at a lot of uniques and clicks

However some domains just dont make grammatical sense, like findawebhosting, despite the fact its usefull for SEO and may help with ranking it's only going to be of use to a developer.
