EASY - 80x80 Avatar Contest - $10

Hey, this is a very easy design contest.

I want you all to submit here 80x80 sized avatars which say "Shorten.ws" on them, pretty large so its easy to read.

if there is enough room on there, I would also like to put on bottom in smaller text, "Image URLS"

I want this to pop out when someone goes through a page and I also want the word "Shorten.ws" to stand out as well.

This contest will end after there are 10 submissions or after 2 days, whichever comes second. I reserve the right to declare someone the winner before 2 days or 10 submissions though.

neil, xsabrina...... i love your designs but I would rather that "shorten.ws" take up more room so its easily seen, no need to put just "shorten" on there.

web...... looks simple but goes by my guidelines completely and shorten.ws is nicely visible, so looks good.

keep em coming, at this rate, i think im going to close the thread early because of so many good ones

neil.... better than before but still want shorten.ws to popout a little bit more if possible. maybe a little bigger? dunno u tell me how it can be done.


chris.... it looks a little plain, and on the second one, its not a normal jpg file which is what i want. no need to put "shorten" on there, just "shorten.ws" is good, and if space permits "image urls"


also, cmon people, try to use colors other than blue/purple now, i want this to be flashy so people's eyes are drawn to the avatar and the shorten.ws url.

so far im liking xsabrina, shawn, and maybe webdesign if he can make it stand out more.

xsabrina, maybe the bottom shorten.ws can be turned into just .ws?

shawn, shorten.ws is kind of hard to read but im liking the design and its standing out nicely. so maybe make it bolder or something, angled so it stands out more and easier to read. also cant have animated.

nsane, i like it, can u give me some variations in the color schemes though? and maybe make the shorten text a color which stands out from the background or something but isnt too sharp to the eye at the same time.

shawn, theres just too much going on in those avatars, make it a little simple if possible.

so far the best i think are nsane and sabrina and maybe web. thanks.

nsane, can u try the color combos of maybe green, red, blue, something bright or something, something that would pop out and so would the shorten text.
something more flashy maybe.
