Here is my mini Search Engine for Directories

    www.bigoole.com

This is mini Search Engine which displays only relevant websites for a particular keyword...

the Search Listings are sorted by a unique algorithm called Quality Rank

    see it here

    http://www.bigoole.com/qualityrank.php

which is based on the quality of listings

No it's not, 1024X768 is the most popular, but a website should work in all different resolutions.

Use http://browsershots.org to get screenshots in most of popular browsers. It may take few hours to get result, just put in browsers you want and check from time to time if it is already finished.

Your site should adopt whatever sizes does the user have. It's should automatically adjust when user change his/her screen resolution.
