I agree with you on this one. Many ad companies will not touch these subjects which really limits people trying to profit from them. Thus they turn to spam.
I wander why they wont touch them, you'd think that such lucrative industries would be a gold mine for search engines and the like....maybe it leaves them open to prosecution or something.
Basically porn and viagra related materials are not family friendly and so most of the websites don't want to advertise or link to them. Like dddougal said that they have less choice to advertise seems to be the reason. Also these kind of sites know that there are a lot of users who would not visit their sites knowingly but if they provide the links to the internet users by spamming there are a lot who will visit their site with interest and so they spam their stuff everywhere.
The people who fight spam go after both the source of the spam and the product spammed. So now respectable companies will not allow their product to be spammed and the spammers are left with garbage to sell.
Why these domains are not banned immediately after spamming? Do they change domains from time to time.?
most of the spam I get is telling me my penis isn't big enough, so I should buy their stuff to get it bigger... are they spying on me???... (by the way...anyone know how to mass mark emails as blacklisted in outlook?...i seem to have to do it one at a time...lol)
