    You have to be a member for a couple of weeks before starting a thread in that section.

    I have no idea what you are asking but basically, you need to be on the forum for at least 14 days and have over 25 posts. You also can not be in the red for your reputation. These are the rules and you can read all other rules where I linked for you in my previous post.

    YES = Join Date: Nov 9th 2007

    ADD 14 TO 9 and that = 23

    23 being the day of the month


    cliff notes

    ( 14 ) represents the # of days you need to be a member

    ( 9 ) represents the day you joined

    ( 23 ) represents the day you can have access



    That will be the day when you can use that part

    NOV 23rd 2007

    As the others said you have to be a member for 14 days , and the above is the equation to help you understand :)
