So I was at a college finance seminar tonight put on by UCI (Go Anteaters!). Toward the end they talked about the finances available for illegal aliens and told them what social security number to use for their parents (000-00-0000)?!?!!? When they were asking for questions at the end I was going to ask "If my family is all legally here, would my child's application for that one scholarship be an illegal illegal alien application?". Alas my wife could see what I was thinking and her elbow looked kinda sharp. Any ways, there's my tax dollars at work and a few legal citizens displaced from the college of their choice.

Wow! I wonder what the supporters of the immigration law breakers think of a video like that. I guess they will say they are good family people who work hard. I humor myself by saying well those 30 million illegals will have 120 million or more kids that they will leave here that will send dinero back to the homeland but they will also pay my social security transfer tax. Well I guess if they take my tax money in scholarships they can make more money and pay more FICA.
Most of the high paid illegal aliens working high paid jobs like construction work for cash and pay no taxes. Thier employers don't pay unemployment insurance or workmans compensation. Should the illegal be injured on the job, he goes to the hospital emergency room at the taxpayers expense while his employer makes millions. Illegal immigration is a system to pass on the costs like social services, medical and education onto the taxpayer while the large comanies hiring illegals reap the benefits.

Officially no but when I vote I just show up, state my name and address, sign, they cross me off a list and hand me a ballot or a code for the voting machine. I have a friend who was working on an initiative to require voters to produce identification prior to voting but there is a lot of resistance. In the end, how we vote seems to just change how the liberal media covers the news.

From what I see, most illegals around here (half way between L.A. and San Diego) try to keep there heads down and avoid notice. They probably aren't attempting to vote but in an area where immigrants are the majority (Bob Dornan's area) I am sure there are people working to get out the vote. I hated to see B-1 Bob go down. In that year, the DNC seemed to focus it's national effort on getting Loretta Sanchez Bixley (hey drop the Bixley for political gain, Lo) elected. I knew that stuff Bob was presenting on CSPAN about Bubba's extra curricular activities when he was supposed to be doing Rhode Scholar work would get him some notice, at least he didn't land on the Clinton dead list.
