Hello friends, this is my first but also the most annoying problem I have with Adwords. We are in the webcam sex chat busines and we have been using Adwords to promote our site for around one year. The URL we use in our advert was changed yesterday from a warning page to the full homepage with a listing of webcam models etc. The homepage is perfectly visible to Googlebot and is also indexed by them. Our competitors which also use Adwords, have exactly the same content (webcam models listing) and their Adwords advert URL points to those pages. In other words, we are exactly the same, only the texts in the adverts vary, but nothing illegal or anything in them. Suddenly today I received a message in Adwords saying that my ad has been removd because it infringes their rules for having illegal what they call teenager porn, which is not true. All our models are 18 or over. But how would they know their ages anyway? I have sent them already two messages but have had no reply yet. In fact, all keywords I use in Adwords (which were actually suggested by Google) are now marked as not accepted anymore. What I don't understand is that suddenly the ad has been removed although it has been there for a year and the competition is still around, which is not fair, we are losing money every minute we are not listed. Btw, I am talking about Adwords in Spain, that's where we are, but I suppose the rules are the same throughout Google. Any help or suggestions? Thanks
Do they not offer phone support in Spain? If that's the case I would try live chat . The US support number is listed in the sticky in this (AdWords) forum.
