$60 contest for company logo

$60 Logo Contest - Ends in 5 to 7 days time.
Hi All,

I am looking for a logo under the name of "Lecotec which stands for LE = Levitated, Co= Colloidal (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colloidal) and tec= Technology

The slogan of the company is undecided at the moment but current ideas are:[FONT=&quot]
"Delivering unbelievable results consistently"
"The unbelievable delivered consistently"[/FONT]

Basically this Lecotec is a nano-technology (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nano_technology) company which specializes in Colloidal technology [FONT=&quot] dedicated to developing, designing and manufacturing additives, special mortars, foam agent and machinery and equipment for mixing technology, materials handling, and mechanical separation technology [/FONT]

The logo has to look corporate for the construction industry whilst having a nano-technology science ( again read look http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nano_technology), appealing colors, but not alienating the general public.
I would like you to start off with logos which feature an elements of water (eg water drop, splash, rain, etc..) Or at least a logo that looks like it has been rain upon - small droplets of water on. Although later, I reserve the right to change the design with this element altogether.

Please note:

1. That I have the right to extend the contest if need be.
2. If there is no-one reaching at least 9 of 10 score - there will be no winner.
3. Payment will be via Paypal only.
4. PSD final file is mandatory with the appropriate fonts included.

Feedback will be given for each logo design. So let the contest begin.

Uh, for your slogan - I just want to point out that it would make more sense ( grammatically ) if it was

"Consistently delivering unbelievable results"
or
"Delivering unbelievable results - consistently"

just wanted to point that out gl with your contest

 

The atom's path is a bit blurry, I know, but it was a rough idea. If its liked I'll clear it up a bit - if not I may go from scratch again. Feedback please - and thanks

This is the best entry so far. The logo is a good start. Don't like the shadow and reflective text - please remove. Try placing beads of water somewhere - (droplets of water that you can find on a waxed car body)
