I am using Word Press. For a few days most of my posts vanished from Google index when just a few days ago they were in the first Google page.
Today I see that some of my posts got back in index but are greatly went down in SERP.
Could it be because I submitted the first paragraph and the exact name
of each post to many social bookmarking sites?
Could Google interpret it as a duplicate content?
If yes what should I do now? If I'll change the submitted paragraph in
social bookmarking sites will my posts go back up in SERP?
    Thanks,
    Vad

Holding SERP is tricky business, its something that you constantly need to be working at. Building links back using your targeted keyword or phrase is a good place to start.

i dont think that has been considered dup. content . how old is your site?

it may be related with your site age

    It is few months old.
So why for a few days the post were #4 SERP? If the age was the reason it wouldn't be #4 in the first place, I think, isn't it?
