I do not respect George Bush just because he is the president. He has never done anything to earn my respect other than be given a title. I did not vote for him and I think he has made horrible choices as a president..

My fellow Americans, let us hope that our next president is one who commands and earns respect!

69 percent now. And I belong to the majority here. I didn't grow up with rich politicians in my family so those opportunities never made themselves available. I have friends who went to Yale, they are not very well educated (with the proper funding and support a student can do almost anything). Just because a group of the American people voted somebody to become Governor or even President does not mean that the elected official is smart, it just means that he has a very good election campaign committee and a smart advisor.

Hitler was far from an 'idiot' he also did much more than simply got a majority of votes in one election, winning the electoral college in 2.

Money buys elections in the US, sad but true. When you have dipshits such as Gore and Kerry people tend to pick the lesser of 2 evils. Plus the negative campaign tactics is one thing that Bush's campaign people were great at. Scare people about the alternative to make yourself look good.

How about what Bush did to McCain the first time around?
Bush's campaign people were experts on flinging dirt and scaring people.
Scare tactics, lol are you serious?

'Terror, 9/11' over and over was the mantra of Bush.
