Let the prize me more higher, i wont bother entering this contest ^^, Design work isn't worth 4USD, Minimum is $10-$20 -- Maximum is $50 - $100 .

the only reason cause i was ready cash other who made contest for 50 or 100 USD they will make the topic open for 1 month or even more and sometimes theynever came back

I don't think it was smart of you to mouth of to these designers for not wanting to waste their time and talent for $4 lousy USD. Honestly you made with the first insult when you made this thread and now with the bad mouthing ... You can expect to be in the red real fast!

 

I don't mind any non-profit health organisations asking for a free or low budget logo, but a so called "office" offering $4 is an insult to me and many others. Zeba's logo is almost too good, as I would not even open photoshop for that price.

BTW, I still don't quite get what your logo should be about. Do you want any kind of pictures? or web 2.0 style? please provide more detail, such as your site or theme so I can base my designs on that.
