They say they can not find people in the US so they look over seas. I think most tech companies look for good talent that will take less money.

They got different fields like database, programming, marketing, security etc etc.
If you are master on any one of these. Working for big companies is good for building good resume.

Depends on which position you want I guess.. I'm sure it doesn't take much skill to do data entry for them (but getting that job might take networking?) If you're the best in the field you're in, I'm sure they'll consider you.

I've heard that their interview process is grueling and not very...er, "people friendly". I suppose they can do what they want since they are the biggest name in search engines, but I don't envy the poor soul who applies to work for them.

I know how it works with Microsoft programmers. They don't pay much on salary, but give a handsome bonus based on performance. If you deliver good work, you get more bonus. So all the programmers end up working extra hours working their ass off.

Bleh :p Google works for ME ! :D

They are only an advertising service I use for my business. I am the one filling out my own schedule C to file with the IRS. And if they keep it up with the Google slaps and smart pricing B/S... I will fire their asses.

For working in Google you need to having a degree in the specific industry and also you need to having lot of experience of that industry and also you have to be smart.

Because Google recruiting only diamonds employees.
