I have a high traffic website.. banned from google adsense a year ago, i want to do this :

    - Change its name, domain.
    - Reapply using a new real name adresse, phone etc..
    - Redirect traffic from the old banned domain to the new one.

Is this against google TOS ?
    Anyone tried this before ?

It's not against adsense TOS if you use a different name and address. I suggest you go for company name

But is the redirect from the old domain OK ?

    oldsite.com/showtopic.php?=545

    redirects to

    newsite.com/showtopic.php?=545

If it was the site that was banned, then just fix the problems and it's fine to reapply. If it was you that was banned thet's a different matter.

I have a site that is banned from adsense for discussing something that is against their TOS. If I removed that content, do you think I can reapply that site again? What is the link to re apply sites that have been previously banned?

    thanks

You should be able to, yes. But it has never happened to me, so I'm not au fait with the reapplication process. You could always just email them, explain the situation, and ask.

There will be no traces if you change the domain.

    Aha.. finnaly one!
i don't want to lose the indexed pages of the old domain (~100.000 page)
what i want to do is to redirect requests for example the request showing a topic old.com/index.php?topic=17 to new.com/index.php?topic=17

this will be done using HEADER redirects in PHP.
the thing i fear now is the possiblity to detect the referers (old.com) and ban my new account :(

no special case. you can divert page directly to new domain and use adsense with new identity. In that identity you must change ur cell no.

There is no problem on redirecting the old to new domain... as long as your ad is placed on new domain, everything will be all right..

Yazari, you got banned one year ago... it'a a long time
I think that it is not necessary to change name. I think that to register a new domain in a simpler solution but you will loose all age of old domain ( and ranking... )
First try to use another adsense account and only if ban exists again, register another domain...
    Excuse my poor english

Remember, Google is smart. When they ban someone they mean it. Take the url and google it. See if it comes up as click fraud. If it does then no use in redirecting it.
