sorry not all directories will accept deeplinks. I would advise you to use the top level domain itself.

Submissions are ofcourse guaranteed, approvals aren't. However i have personally used this list with our team, and we have had a very good success rate. Approvals come in for mostly all of them.

Okay my feedback on this service:

This guy did as he promised .. sent me a full detailed report of over 270 Directories with High PR !!
M surpriced to see that my site already got accepted in more then 80% Directories till now !!
3-4% Rejected cuz of the Improper word (Adult) In my Descrition ..
