Does anyone know a wordpress plugin programmer to recommend to me, or are you one yourself?

I really need help with an important feature I would like to implement on my website.

I need a wordpress plugin that can do this:

Limits the view of my posts to a certain amount of word count, but can allow the full view of the post when the visitor logins.

Allows all the content of my posts to be read and indexed by search engine but protected from human eyes when they click through.

I also would like my protected posts to be listed in the archives, newest posts and random posts plugins, and not removed from them.

I have come across view level and post level plugins but they cannot do the above features that I need.

I am using wordpress 2.0 version so I hope you can create a plugin for that version, otherwise I'm willing to upgrade to 2.1 if need be. It would be best if I can use it without upgrading.

I want this plugin to affect posts and not pages. I want to be able to select which specific pages I want to limit view as well. I also want to be able to select which specific posts to be unaffected by this plugin.

I'm searching hard for someone who can help me with this. I'm willing to pay for professional work done.

I'm not able to help with the plugin, but a bit of advice: you really should upgrade to WP 2.3.1 and all future versions, because outdated installations are more vulnerable to security risks.
If you have your plug-in designed for an already outdated version, you'll have to recode it when you finally do upgrade. Best to stay current.

I agree with this statement. Though I have some of my WordPress "Plugins" configured to use my-hacks [wordPress feature] others I have to re-implement each time I upgrade. Even using the my-hacks feature can clobber some of my "fixes". I caution you about the many-- complicated upgrades you want. Unless you plan on keeping your WordPress guru under contract you may want to re-think so many changes to the core application.
