got banned from azoogle

Can no longer login to my azoogle account! It says i'm banned. I tried to contact my azoogle manager and he said it's because of a music that is on the site. Is there still a change to get the account back up? My AM never told me what to do next to correct the problem.

    Any advice?

banned because of a music? seems wierd... are you hosting mp3's that you shouldn't on your site? seems fishy that you'd get banned because of a music

I agree with New Yorker on this one. There could be a chance this was an innocent mistake but I think we need more information to understand your situation better.

I bet that you ignored Azoogle's emails. My lovely AM has sent me stuff in the past asking me to rephrase things to keep them inline with the rules of a campaign. I would assume that if I ignored those emails they would have no choice but to shut me down.

I don't really like azoogle... They banned people all the time. They should have warned u before banning u. Now I Use all my time on Clickbank, And I got couple times money that I got in Azoogle before.

Some of the offers do in fact say "no music." Some also state "no artist's pics", etc.

Azoogle is a legit network. They wouldn't burn you outta your money unless you did something seriously wrong.

I've heard of people getting banned. This doesnt happen for no reason. They just dont have time to dink around with all the BS. If you get banned, a humble plea of innocence might not hurt. Just move on dude, there are other networks like azoogle that you might even like more such as neverblueads and copeac. Heck you can even just go an entirely different route. I have been moving onto other things which seem to be working great for me. Dont waste time kicking dead horses, make some money. If you were banned, cut your loses are move on, however if you lost out on a bunch of affiliate commissions because of it, well then quite frankly, I'd be pretty pissed off.

Still dont understand why all these networks keep banning people for honest mistakes. Some companies still dont get the fact that customers are generally correct 100% of the time" You piss off a customer and he or she takes their business somewhere else and tells their friends to do the same.

It says quite clearly in the initial agreement that they can ban you (and take your revenue) for any reason they deem fit as most places do to us domainers, which I don't feel is constitutional. We need our own union. ^_^. Hmmm, lets call it the domainers union. Can you imagine a million plus member domainer union's clout? Just food for thought.

What you don't seem to understand is that they have no interest in banning you, when you make money they make money, it's as simple as that. The only reason they ban publishers is because they hurt their business which mostly means they hurt their relationship with advertisers. And for that any respectable network will ban a rogue publisher.

they never sent me a single warning. that's what freaked me out the most. i had around $70+ in there. i asked my AM abt it and he said it's because of the background tone, he said it's annoying. i've been advertising for quite a few months already, why didn't he even bother to tell me that i needed to remove the backgound audio.

nothing like this was mentioned on the offer.
