WTS - Established Windows Mobile Software [CUSTOMED CODED + HIGH TRAFFIC + REV]

I am the creator and current webmaster of wm6software.net. The site is focused around software released by people on the internet for windows mobile devices and smartphones.

The site is established and has been around since late july 2007. It is a pr3 with pr2 sub pages. the site currently averages 1500 visitors and 20,000 pages per day, peaking at 2000 visitors in the last couple days. 70% of the traffic is from search engines (google, yahoo, and a few others) and the remaining is split between bookmarked visitors and people linking to me.

There is absolutely no advertising put into this site and maintanence is easy and takes a total of 5 minutes of your time a day (if even everyday, you could update the site less often, or your users can update it for you (which they do sometimes)). (i will teach the new owner how to easily update it personally).

I custom coded the site and merged it to use the user database from phpbb3, so all your users gain access to the site and can post on the message board by just logging into the forum (really easy and slipstreamed).

The site averages 8-12$ a day on adsense, and is still rising rapidly, so you're currently looking at about $300-$350 at the least your first month of owning it, and this doesn't include selling links or many other things you can do to bump up the revenue.

The forum is at about 10,000 users right now and has about 300 posts and 100 topics. There are no paid posters and there are about 5 posts a day from users.

Here is a screenshot of adsense revenue from october 12-november12. Keep in mind the recent bump in revenue that should continue.

Last time i checked the site had an alexa rank somewhere in the 300,000~ and has really good serps.

You can view the live traffic stats on this page (update every hour or so).

If any of you are interested in google analytics, i have an account on there and here is a screenshot of the basic information (you may request more).

I'm looking at a starting bid of $3,000 but i do have a reserve in mind and will not the sell the site unless i feel a decent offer is given.

For those that are interested in a bin, lets make that $5,000 (which is about 18 months revenue at the current rate, or even less if you know what you're doing).

Serious offers only, if you would like to see more specific stats or something else that you may be interested in just post here and i'll answer everything i can.

    Happy bidding.

    Hi

Great site, but how do you find new software to post. I imagine a site like this needs to be bang up to date with the latest titles.
