The Details:

• Releases are a flat fee of $99 (just a fraction of the cost most other qualified PR professionals charge)
• Distribution is not included, although I don't charge for consulting with clients on their distribution options, even if they choose to distribute it themselves. Please don't simply ask for a distribution quote. It can range from $25 - several thousand dollars depending on the type of campaign, the niche, number of target outlets, etc.
• Payment can be made via Paypal or credit card via Paypal online. I also accept checks and money orders.
• I don't send an invoice until after the release is drafted.

Note:

My press release rates are rising quite a bit in 2008 - to $249 sometime between the first of the year and the Spring. This is because I simply don't need to use them as a marketing tool by offering them for such a low rate anymore (a way I used to bring in clients for other, larger projects), and because the demand has increased dramatically since setting the current rate.

Past clients will still be extended the $99 rate for 1 year from the date I make the change. So order before the end of 2007 if you want to cement the current rate for yourself for another year!

If you'd like to order a press release, please email me at with basic details about your company / site and the news you want to publicize. I'll then send you a list of questions to get the additional information I'll need to write the release, and I'll give you a time estimate at that point, based on the number of other client projects scheduled before your order. Always try to let me know the launch date (if applicable), so I can let you know up front if I can work it in by your deadline. Please note that I often won't answer email after 5pm weekdays (eastern time GMT -5) or on weekends. If you email me during those periods, you'll usually receive a response during the next business day.

As of right now, I'm about to answer a few requests I have waiting. If you have something urgent, you can get in touch and I'll see if it can be worked in, but otherwise get orders in now if you want to get time set up for next week. Yes, they're still available. If anyone contacted me yesterday or earlier today via email, please know that I'll be getting in touch likely by this evening - still catching up from a day away.

Also, at this point, I may not be increasing my press release rates until the Spring, rather than January 1st. I'm not guaranteeing that though. Ordering by the end of the year ensures you'll get these rates through 2008 one way or the other.
