Which is best pay per click/impression programm for warez forum?

Guys , me and my friend has recently started a Warez Forum.
we are looking for a good pay per click program which allow warez forums.
can anyone help us with it?

i have seen paypopup on many such forums but i am not sure weather they allow it or not

I really doubt it as it would be supporting illegal distribution of products openly and as an advertiser, I wont use that ad network. Opinions may differ. Peace !!
