Enabling <!--more--> in WordPress

    Hello,

    Right now I am not using <!--more--> in my blog posts... just because I cannot offer Full Feed RSS.... But I have gone through http://www.cashquests.com/ All the posts in that blog uses <!--more--> but when I checked the RSS http://feeds.feedburner.com/kumikoscashquest its showing Full Posts... How can I do like this? I have contacted the owner of that blog but no response.....

    Anyplugin for this or is that a FeedBurner feature? Please guide me...
