Review my layout

blue is too bright

 

It is a little difficult to read especially for users with older monitors or poor vision. I would tone down the background blue just a bit, and minimize the number of sections with the red border.

 

Thanks for the comments so far, i will see what i can do with the bright blue. Its for my wife, i know she liked the brighter blue in the gradient so it may take some convincing

 

needs to be centered.

It is too bright as they said already.

made some slight changes, still open for suggestions

 

the all rights reserved part at the bottom isn't in the center of the middle box which is annoying me.

First impression... I cannot read your URL. Try to change the font and use something that combine large and small cases.

Try to balance the color red and blue more.

Use some picture to illustrate the theme of your site.

First of all change this color: #0004B3 fast.. It can make people go blind trying to read the content on your page.
The BLUE - RED border on your boxes, maybe you can make it a lil bit shy with a less color impact.

It hurts my eyes

 

Looks good for the theme, the blue is a little to bright and I have a dark contrast on my monitor, and most people's monitors are even brighter

What if you did a white background for the text with black text
You could start it under the menu.
Would make it alot more readable.
Unless they've got links to your site you should avoid linking to other graphic designers.
Unless of course you're making a resource page.
Like the others, I'm going to say it's too blue. Sorry, hurts the eyes.
