    As you stated downloads are submitted and are stored in a que for approval, If you are good with php coding it is possible to make so they automatically go into the download section, I don't have that now how.

    No we don't have anyone to upload contents, the site only indexes other sites.
    Some US host will host the site as it only indexes and don't store, A bit like google

    submits come from warez forums via autosubmitters and they are not paid links.
    The host i have it on at present is $5 per month and can transfer it over if needed
