Wow.. its basically all I can say.

After my TERRIBLE experience with ash/shoutserv i thought I'd never be able to trust a reselling company again with my sites.. But with the live flawless support that I have never seen offline no matter what time of day i am online. They are always there to help me.

Today got DOS attacked there firewall blocked it and with there support the IP is now safely in the ban box

I don't believe i will never need another host again.

99.9% uptime guarantee- if this is not met, do you have a preset compensation? I have full faith in your servers, just a precaution

How long will this pricing be guaranteed for?

Are private nameservers included, or able to be purchased for a price?

Do you ever access your clients' files that are stored on your servers, ie. web pages etc.? Under what conditions would this occur? Could we receive a guarantee that our files would not be accessed by you, other than if completely necessary or by public-viewable access (ie. typing in our web address in a browser and viewing the site)?
