Almost all the directories on this page are 2-3 pr points down. So that's why you ordered them by page strength ? Anyway what's page strength ?
Lobo Links is not on that page Did you use aviva's data or did you check the page strength yourself? If you didn't check for new data, then that list way off. SEOmoz recently updated the tool and many directories have changed.
