Want to find free ad manager script

I am looking for a script that allows me to display banner ads, and let's me display ads based on impressions, so that I can tell it to display banner A for 10000 page views then banner B for 500 then banner C for 1000000 etc. It would work sort of like a lot of the ad managers in gpt sites. Does anyone know of a free script that does this.

There is one called PHPads or something like this...I heard is very good.

 

There's also Openads. It's a good one

 

I think phpads and open ads are the same thing. Because when I google phpads, openads shows up.
