Ease of Usability: You must have proper buttons at the top for easy transit among the webpages - 3/10
Loading time: good - 7/10

Overall: needs a lot of rebuilding works to be done

 

i like the content,but i think that you should use another layout.
the ads dont fits with your site,you have to put the ads in the same colors as your site.
