Well, I could say a lot about adsense there, it's really "offsite" for me, I could hardly notice it. Try to mix your AdSense with your content. Also, I didn't like the dark colors of the ads. Final note, You need more traffic to get income, most sites have a ratio of 1% to 2% of visitors clicking ads, I hope this helps.

About ideas, they are not easy to catch, that's why they are worthy! keep thinking, browse the internet but don't copy others ideas just add to them if you can. Always remember, Good things take some time to be found.

    Very interesting thread :D

You have to do analysis of the traffic that you are receiving . Make sure they are from relevant sources !

As "Daey" said, - FOCUS Good point to ad.

Focus on your site, your content, your audience, and it MAY come.

I'm finally hitting a steady $3/day...from a video site that gets only 200-240 hits per day and hardly has any text. It started ever since Google set ads so that only their URLs could be clicked. Either that was coincidence, or there's some other factor I can't guess. My other guess is that I got some good manually placed bids on my sidebar, it's paying off the most. I'm almost afraid to change or move it :(

do your job. Don't look other reports with 1000$/day.

Your next goal must be: + 1$
and one day sure you'll go 1000$/day

    After 10 years maybe :D

In terms of 'enough' it's a case of 'how long is a piece of string'. But I think we all tend to be guilty of over-analyzing our returns and website stats. That's just the nature of the business we're in perhaps. The only thing is to keep-on going. Keep-on adding new content, keep-on posting your articles to get back-links. Build your website up and eventually things will turn around. It all comes around in cycles.
