Sports niche site for sale, full of potential!

    Hi,

    I have just got round to establishing this site, after buying the domain name a few months back. The site is a Table Tennis site, which generate high revenue in Google Adsense, according to Adwords Keyword Tracker.

    The URL is http://www.tabletennisgear.com and is currently receiving about 60 hits per month, with no promotion or link exchanges (I think there is 1 link exchange, actually). The site runs on a completely custom CMS script, with a simple news backend, making adding/editing news extremely simple. The site also exhibits strong SEO for each individual page and news entries are automatically SEO'd on addition.

    Feel free to make me an offer, and I will help to set up the site for you, transferring the database, files, setting up your config file and transferring the domain to you.

    So to recap, you are receiving a custom made CMS news script, with inbuilt SEO, a few unique articles, and a custom unique design. Positions for adverts are all included in the relevant files, and I can help you get these embedded if you wish to integrate Adsense ads, to start earning you money!

    Bear in mind, the design looks a little fragile since the adverts have since been removed in preparation for this sale.

    The design alone is probably worth more than $15, plus you're getting the domain, and a unique custom coded backend and frontend. But this is an auction, so I'll accept the $15 bid. However, I have a reserve price in mind, so if this isn't met, then I will not sell, unless the offer comes close to what I have in mind.
